Here at Snowhill Massage Therapy we believe that when we feel good in our bodies we have the ability to live the life we intend and deserve to be living. We have found that the many techniques of massage therapy have helped us to achieve that place in our lives and it is our great joy to help others find it too.

Meet Our Staff:
Eileen O'Toole, LMT: Owner and Massage Therapist
Eileen graduated from Massage Academy of the Poconos in January of 2007. Since then she has taken many classes and continues to do so each year. She chooses classes that teach her how to help the body heal areas of injury and dysfunction while allowing the nervous system to deactivate the "fight or flight" mode where many people tend to live. Deactivating "Fight or Flight" mode allows us to spend more time in "rest and digest" mode where we do our best healing, thinking and living. Some of the classes Eileen has taken include: Spinal Reflex Analysis, releasing the rotator cuff, relieving sciatica pain, reducing neck pain and headache as well as Reiki and Cranial Sacral Therapy. Eileen has now added Life Coaching to her skills in helping you get the most out of your life and a body that feels its best.
Dayna Safonte, LMT: Massage Therapist
Dayna graduated from New York College of Health Professions in New York and is a licensed massage therapist in both New York and Pennsylvania. She separates herself from most massage therpists by treating the body as a whole. Specializing in using a combination of fluid motion and nurturing touch, she creates a relaxed body and mind while tending to each clients individual needs. She also integrates a variety of modalities in each session such as deep tissue, myofascial release, acupressure and stretching to release tension and promote deep relaxation. She is dedicated to helping her clients feel their best.
